Agreement
By accessing https://ezseoaeo.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. EzSeoAeo is a product of FiveToClose.cloud.
The service
EzSeoAeo lets you submit a public URL and receive advisory SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) header markup. One free generate may be offered per browser/device subject to anti-abuse limits. Additional generates require Google authentication, authenticator 2FA, and an active paid subscription.
Accounts & security
- Sign-in uses Google OAuth. You must keep your Google account secure.
- After Google sign-in you must enroll and use TOTP 2FA (authenticator app).
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify support@ezseoaeo.com of suspected compromise.
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, scraping our service, or attempts to bypass free limits.
Subscriptions & billing
- Plans are sold as software subscriptions (e.g. monthly and annual unlimited access) via Stripe.
- Prices are in USD and may change for new purchases; existing subscriptions renew at the rate you agreed unless we notify otherwise as required by law.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts, including if outputs do not improve rankings or traffic.
- Cancel via Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@ezseoaeo.com before renewal.
Acceptable use
- Only analyze sites you own or are authorized to optimize.
- Do not use the service to attack, spam, phish, or misrepresent content to users or engines.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, or resell raw API access without written permission.
- Do not submit private, illegal, or confidential data you are not allowed to process.
Intellectual property
The EzSeoAeo brand, UI, and software are owned by FiveToClose / EzSeoAeo. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated markup on properties you control. Generated output may resemble common SEO patterns; we do not claim exclusivity over generic meta structures.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, NON-INFRINGING, OR EFFECTIVE FOR SEO OR AEO GOALS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIVE TO CLOSE, EZSEO AEO, AND THEIR OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRAFFIC, RANKINGS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE ONLY USED THE FREE TIER).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EzSeoAeo and FiveToClose from claims arising out of your use of the service, your websites, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue features, free limits, or the service. We may terminate access for violations. Surviving clauses include disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity.
