EzSeoAeo is a product of the brand FiveToClose.cloud. Contact: support@ezseoaeo.com.
Information we collect
- Account data when you sign in with Google (email, name, profile image if provided, Google subject ID).
- Authenticator (2FA) secrets stored server-side to verify TOTP codes. We never see your authenticator app contents.
- URLs and generate history for free quota enforcement and, for subscribers, history/library features.
- Payment data processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may provide customer/subscription IDs and email.
- Technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
- Cookies for session auth, free-use tracking, and OAuth state.
How we use information
- Provide the SEO/AEO generation tool and paid extras.
- Authenticate users (Google OAuth + 2FA) and process subscriptions.
- Prevent free-tier abuse and protect accounts.
- Improve reliability and respond to support requests at support@ezseoaeo.com.
AI processing
Page text and metadata extracted from URLs you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI/Grok, or Google Gemini) solely to produce advisory header markup. Do not submit secrets, private admin URLs, or personal data you are not authorized to process.
Sharing
We share data with processors needed to run the service, including:
- Stripe (payments)
- Google (OAuth sign-in)
- AI API providers (generation)
- Hosting/infrastructure for ezseoaeo.com
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Account and history data are retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing records. You may request deletion via support@ezseoaeo.com subject to lawful retention requirements.
Security
We use HTTPS, HttpOnly session cookies, and authenticator 2FA after Google sign-in. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 16. Do not use EzSeoAeo if you are under the applicable age of digital consent.
Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
